Legal  Capacity to Transact:

​If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with KGID Store. By accepting these terms and conditions herewith you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years then your parent or guardian must consent to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Conditions as listed below before purchasing any item from KGID Store.

 

Pricing:

All prices displayed in our product pages are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notification for product displayed in our online store at any time. The prices payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are ordered. We will endeavour to display the most current prices but errors may occur.

Payment Methods & Processing:

​KGID Store uses PayPal & secure check out for payment. 

​

Delivery:

​​KGID Store uses Australia Post and TNT to deliver goods within Australia. Please note we do not ship internationally. When estimating the arrival of your goods please consider the following.

• Credit Card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.

• There will be no dispatch of goods over the weekends and public holidays.

 

​Please also allow up to seven business days for your order to be processed. If you require your goods urgently please advise us my sending an email to enquiries@keeleygreendesign.com after placing your order. You will receive a notification from us via email once your order has been shopped if there are any unexpected delays with shipping we will notify you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will at all times put every effort into sending our your goos as quickly as possible and within a timely manner.

Please be advised that actual product colours can vary from those shown on your computer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Maximum order weights:

We can ship orders up to 10kg within Australia, all other pieces will be arranged for delivery with a courier or arranged for collection in store.

Please note: for all large furniture items a courier fee will be charged as an additional fee after the checkout process. A member of the KGID store team will be in contact to arrange a quote for the delivery of the items purchased to your requested address.

​

Shipping of Antique & 20th Century Furniture, Objects and Art requires professional knowledge and as such KGID Store works with a network of experiences, efficient removalists who provide safe and cost effective delivery throughout Australia 

 

Wrapping & Packaging:

​All items purchased from KGID Store are wrapped in appropriate packing materials to ensure safe arrival of your purchase. 

​

Furniture Items:

​All furniture items will need to be delivered outside of a metropolitan area will incur a $150.00 flat fee. We will use the most appropriate transport company to ensure the best possible price to your location. Please also note that furniture items will inly be available for shipping within Australia.

International Orders:

​KGID store can ship internationally, if you are interested in our KGID store products and live outside of Australia please get in touch via email at  and we can provide a shipping quote to your location.

Returns Policy

​KGID Store does not accept returns for any change of mind claims and will not refund or exchange for this reason.

​

​If you wish to return an item to KGID Store please notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your goods,  quoting your full name, shipping address and reason for your request to return the goods. We will only accept the return of a good if it is in its original condition and has its original ticket and packaging in place and proof of purchase/payment receipt can be presented. Returned items not found in original condition and without original packing, ticketing and proof of purchase/payment receipt in place will be returned to the customer and no refund will be granted.

​Once we have received your returned goods we will notify you in writing and advise you of your refund entitlement. Please note, we are unable to credit the original shipping costs unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent. The cost of returning the item to us will be at the expense of the customer unless the item was found to be faulty or the wrong item sent. If the item is found to be faulty or wrong we will require evidence by way of a photo of the product emailed to us before a refund or exchange is arranged. We put all of out efforts into checking every item before dispatch and we use high quality packing materials to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased item.

Privacy Policy

​We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order or register with us. To protect your privacy, the personal details provided by you to KGID Store in relation to your purchase or site registration will not be used or given to any third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased goods, or to provide you with updates regarding KGID Store.
