Originally built in 2008, this property was renovated for a couple downsizing in size but not quality.

KG Design maximised the ocean view by lifting the door heights and changing to mullion free bi-fold doors. The team also increased the patio footprint by extending and wrapping the structure to maximise the indoor/outdoor connection and living.

The team redesigned the kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor kitchen, selected new flooring, tiling, bifold doors and cladding finishes. All furniture and window treatments were replaced.
